SalaryOur client a leading school are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school, along with answering incoming calls and general administrative support. You will be joining an established and successful team.
Full time - 37 hours per week, Hours: 8.30am to 4.45pm
This posiiton is Permanent, Term Time (39 weeks per year)
This role is based at our clients Sevenoaks site.
Salary: FTE £20,389-£22,4987, actual salary £18,460-£19,517.93)
Main Responsibility:
- To work within the School Office Team, based in Reception, providing an efficient and professional school reception service.
- To be the first point of contact for all visitors, signing them in and out in accordance with school policy and safeguarding procedures.
- Delivering first aid to students with minor injuries and administering of medication in line with school policy.
- Provide strong administrative support to the school.
- Contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and personal care of children and young people with regard to the area child protection procedures.
This role is based at the Sevenoaks site. However, you may be required to work at other sites within the Tunbridge Wells area.
Skills and Experiance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Be a confident user of Outlook, Excel and Word. Bromcom experience is highly desirable although training can be provided.
- Exposure to 3CX telephone system would be beneficial but not essential
