Sales Administrator

Do you have experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support or other similar Admin based role involving customer interaction? Would you like to develop your skills further with Export duties? Your role as a Sales Administrator:
You will be assisting with orders and sales enquiries for machines, parts and services received from the customers, distributors, online quotes and orders for customers in both the UK and Europe. The role offers the opportunity to develop skills and experience in Export work. Duties will include:

• Assisting with customer enquiries and dealing with customers through the life cycle of a sale from enquiry to delivery would be beneficial
• Providing quotations and documents for customers in both UK and Europe
• Developing the ability to complete export paperwork and assist with shipping
• Processing orders and creating sales invoices
• Co-ordinating orders through the manufacturing process and updating customers
• Arranging order deliveries with couriers and haulage companies
• Updating records on the system
• Assisting with booking travel and exhibitions
• Assisting with marketing

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar Sales Administration, Sales Support, Internal Sales or possibly another fast paced administration role involving sales or customer co-ordination work
• Experience of organising exhibitions or assisting with implementing new systems would be beneficial
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering would also be beneficial
• The desire to build skills and experience in export
• Fast paced and able to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible, positive and upbeat team player
• Accurate and numerate
• General skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
