The Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-18:00pm - 1 hour lunch

Location: Burgess Hill

Salary: £25,000 - £27,500

My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join our growing company based in Burgess Hill. The client is growing and looking for a driven candidate who wants to be part of a successful team. The role of the Sales Operations Co-ordination team is to provide excellent support to the Account Management Team and handle day to day activities that enable business processes and functions to perform efficiently and smoothly.

The client is looking for a qualified administrator to join our team, to help them achieve their goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support to the Account Management representatives. The role requires exceptional organisational and time management, as well as strong communication skills.

Job role

• Act as an Admin for the Account Management Team
• Update policies & administration processes
• Process Sales orders
• Manage agreements for clients within our Client Portal
• Licensing queries - collate information on client's agreements to produce quotes for the Account Management team and help with billing queries
• Procurement interface - order specific details on tracking/delivery/return
• Reconcile Vendor invoices and add information on QuickBooks
• Workbench management - Goods In - Despatch - Stock control
• Assisting with Compliance management
• Point of contact for customers - answering Sales calls and queries
• Assisting with the organisation of team activities/Christmas party/Team quizzes/Staff morale/mental health & Inhouse training.

Candidate requirements:

• Good organisation and communication skills
• Knowledge of IT equipment
• Awareness of the Microsoft suite of products
• Awareness of the importance of compliance requirements
• Office based with some flexibility.
• Must be able to drive.
