Internal Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor (Telecoms)

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Internal Sales team as a Sales Administrator / Order Processor based in Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in optimising the sales experience for both customers and the company.
Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of sales orders accurately and efficiently using a bespoke software.
• Manage inbound enquiries, offering pre and post-sales support.
• Organise deliveries for orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure best possible pricing.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Provide sales support to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to guarantee successful order processing.

Requirements:

• Experience in an inventory-based business (a plus).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Package Offered:
