With its Lancashire based head office, this is a multi-discipline business offering general insurance protection across the board; through to the more niche policies such as critical illness cover and pet insurance. As market leaders in the field, we have relationships with all the leading providers, ensuring the policies we offer are not only the most competitive there is, but we even have the option to provide lucrative multiple product discounts to customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to warm leads to engage prospects, understand their needs, and introduce our services effectively.
• Building Rapport: Develop strong and meaningful relationships with prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate their value propositions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales strategies.

Day to day:

· Contacting high quality customer data

· Objection Handling

· Building up rapport with customers quickly

· Liaising with internal teams

· Working towards targets/KPI’s

· Providing a great service to customers

Pay: £25,000 – OTE £40,000 - £45,000

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday – 9.20 to 6.30pm

Friday – 9.15am to 3.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
