Sales Agent

Kenect Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Sales Agent to work with our client based in Wednesbury!

The Role:

The role of a Sales Agent is an extremely exciting role, fast paced, customer/sales focused with the goal of achieving additional revenue.

The role is a hybrid of inbound and outbound sales. However, both will require a proactive sales technique. Making calls to leads and generating sales and revenue for the organisation across all industries.

Agents will also be expected to deliver on specific bulk campaigns where the leads may be cold or warm. Agents will need to be able to gather all relevant information from customers.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime including some Saturdays
• Occasional overnight stay as and when required

Salary:

• £10.95 per hour

The Person:

• Computer Literate (Microsoft office packages, email, typing) (preferable to A Level/Degree standard)
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer environment
• Strong people skills
• High level of complaint handling and call control skills
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
• Ability to keep strict deadlines
• Experience within the Waste Industry
• Full driving licence
