Our client, requires a Sales and Customer Relations Co-ordinator to work at its site in Tamworth. Duties include providing first class customer service by managing incoming calls and emails and will be the customers first point of contact. You will be required to answer queries and resolve problems accurately and efficiently. This is a varied role that will require you to respond to a variety of customer queries.

Having excellent IT skills and typing speed. Effective communicator with the ability to offer clear and concise written and verbal communication with customers, suppliers and internal contacts. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, with proficiency at interpreting complex information. Excellent organizational skills Demonstrating a motivation to improve standards and use own initiative in order to make a real difference. GCSEs (A-C) including English and Math as a minimum.
