You will be delivering an unmatched level of customer service to our clients, whilst pushing your own potential and learning new skills every day.
This is an entry level position – so all training is provided and one to one mentoring will be offered!

Your role:
* Face to face interaction with customers
* Represent our client confidently delivering 5* customer service
* Personal development to enable you to communicate with a wide variety of clientele
* Proactive when it comes to problem solving
* Act as an extension of our client’s brand
* Answer queries and questions on our client’s services
In addition to this, we have just had two expansions from our Manchester office, so there’s continuous opportunities to progress and grow the team!
At Ricochet, we specialise in generating long-term customers across the UK for our clients. Don’t worry too much about previous experience within our sector as long as you’re hard working with a passion to succeed and enjoy what you do day – to – day this could be the perfect role for you. The positions are offered on a self-employed basis, highly competitive and negotiable earnings plus uncapped commissions.
