Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales Director in the daily operation of our Construction, Forestry and Landscaping Showroom
- Answering the phone to customers and suppliers
- Assisting in managing logistics, such as packing orders and tracking deliveries
- Replying to customer emails and enquiries via Email & Phone
- Serving walk-in customers, including processing payments
- Learning all aspects of our products and services
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Confidence dealing with Suppliers, Tradesmen & The General Public
- IT Competent - Ordering products online, sending emails and working with Microsoft packages
- Excellent Time Keeping
- Able to manage the logistics of processing orders
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the Construction Industry, especially diamond drilling and cutting products
- Knowledge of Forestry and Landscaping Equipment, Consumables and Machinery
- Sales Experience
- Clean Driving License

Salary:
