Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of the sales process
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales performance data
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
