Position: Events Sales Assistant
Location: Manchester, United Kingdom
Pay: Minimum National Living Wage + Uncapped Commission Earnings
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday or Part Time 24 hours between Monday and Friday

About the Role:
As an Events Sales Assistant at Envision Ltd., you'll play a pivotal role in creating extraordinary experiences for customers. This exciting position is primarily field-based, requiring candidates to travel to events. While spending time in our office, you'll be ready to hit the road to engage with current and potential customers at various events, offering our products and services, and upselling where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets for event packages
• Engage with current and potential customers at events, offering products and services
• Upsell additional products or services as opportunities arise
• Assist with the planning and execution of events, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Greet and direct event attendees, providing excellent customer service
• Coordinate with senior team members and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations
• Assist with event marketing efforts, including promotion and outreach
• Manage event logistics, such as scheduling, equipment rentals, and transportation arrangements when appropriate
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for event enhancements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous sales experience is advantageous
• Enthusiastic and positive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Please note, this is a general job description for an Event Assistant position. Specific responsibilities and requirements may vary depending on the client and type of events being planned. In order to be considered for this role you must be able to reliably commute to Manchester City Centre, available a minimum of 24 hours per week and eligible to work in the UK. Unfortunately we are unable to support visas at this time.

Pay: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
