• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fulfilling customer requests promptly.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell a diverse range of products and services based on customer needs.
• Engage customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions at high footfall locations such as retail, events, B2B, and residential campaigns.
• Demonstrate active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Execute sales strategies to enhance service quality and maximise upselling potential.
• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions.
• Maintain and update customer records as required.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven active listening skills.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and offer suitable products and services.
• Previous relevant sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
