• Meeting, greeting and personally styling customers• Building strong relationships with loyal and new clients• Upselling and cross-selling to customers• Maintaining shop floor standards, tidying and organizing the store• Encouraging customers to shop online and sign up for mailing list• Assisting other departments during quieter periods• Learning how to take in products, select, and price• Achieving sales targets and KPIs• Creating full looks and styling skills• Providing excellent communication and attention to detail
Requirements
• At least two years' experience in luxury or fast-paced fashion retail• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs• Excellent styling skills• Desire to work and grow within the company• Great people skills and focus on exceeding expectations• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Great interpersonal skills for verbal and written communication• Can-do attitude, warm disposition, and a big smile• Passion for luxury fashion• Understanding of current trends and luxury brands
