The Role
Their decorator centre in Hammersmith is looking for a new Sales Assistant. Building relationships with customers, merchandising stock and packing orders, you'll spend most of your time speaking to and assisting customers, ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service and a perfect cuppa every time they shop with them.
The job will require answering multiple phone calls for taking orders down and booking them out to the relevant accounts, dealing with queries, complaints, so, a background or experience in call centre work or as a receptionist would be preferable.
We are also looking for the following skills and criteria:
- Customer service experience (telephone or face to face in any industry)
- IT literate
- Working as part of a small close-knit team
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Having the right behaviours and work ethic
- Consistent in roles in previous experience
