Curi.o.city is a brand new concession store within Selfridges in Birmingham Bullring , aimed at bringing a beautifully curated range of gifts to the customer.

Salary: £6.63 -£11.50 (dependant on age)

Working Hours: 24 hours per week reducing to 12 hours per week after September

What being a member of the team is all about:

• Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge and catering to customer needs Creating a warm and engaging environment where customers are happy to shop and browse.
• From selling and replenishing stock, organising rails, to hosting, you will be maintaining the highest of retail standard
• Be open to customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards in your are
• Manage and oversee the stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries, (new and replenished lines), to completing audits and maintaining the stock room
