Salary: £25.000 - £28.000
Hours: 08.30 - 4.30 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 - 1.30 Friday.
Sales Coordinator
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Birmingham. Our client has a friendly and supportive team, and this role would suit someone looking for a busy and challenging role with varied duties.
Our client has been established for over 100 years. Specialising in bespoke design and manufacturing products.
Duties will include:
- General office administration duties
- Liaise with customers and deal with all queries
- Processing of orders and schedules
- Analyse, understand and monitor customer product demand
- Using various IT packages and customer web portals
- Accurately input and maintain customer data
- Liaise with all departments to ensure customer orders are met
- Support the external Sales team
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organised with great attention to detail
- A confident, friendly attitude
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential.
