Responsibilities:
* Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
* Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
* Property Portfolio Management: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the investment process.
What we need in you:
* Previous Sales Experience - whatever the sector, it is essential that you have extensive experience in achieving sales targets, qualifying clients and building relationships.
* Real Estate Knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* Client-focused: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals through Property Investment.
* Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
