Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their storage needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Rental Process: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our storage units. Guide customers through the rental process, explaining terms and conditions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the storage facility to create a welcoming and secure environment for customers. There is an element of light lifting, moving boxes and maintaining cleanliness.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete rental agreements, handle payments, and maintain accurate records. Utilize our customer management system to track leads and follow-up activities.

- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in generating leads and closing sales.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using basic computer programs and comfortable with customer management systems.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, as required.
