Responsibilities
• Ensuring the sales team delivers a high level of customer service• Managing used vehicle stock within set parameters• Ensuring vehicles are advertised online and physically compliantly• Managing a sales team and ensuring they follow a set sales process• Maximizing profitability• Ensuring the dealership follows the FCA regulation process
Requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to work within a team and help create a healthy working culture• Confident in making decisions and solving problems• Must have a full UK driving license• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within the automotive industry• Experience using DMS & Autotrader systems
