Used Car Sales Controller - Independent Dealership Our client is looking for a 'top rung' Sales Controller to lead their sales team at their Used Car Dealership based in Leeds. The company has a car for every type of person so a car can be sold to the whole of the market. This job would be ideal for a motivated Business Manager or Transaction Manager who is looking to step up into a more senior role. As a Sales Controller you will lead, motivate, manage and drive your team to provide customer service excellence, whilst delivering against the company's key performance indicators. As Sales Controller you will ensure the dealership is well managed with cars, take responsibility for the presentation of the Retail Centre, build and maintain strong relationships with your team. Alongside your customer-centric attitude, you will be commercially minded, passionate about the car industry, and motivated by setting, achieving and exceeding targets. A proven track record in sales (within the Automotive Industry) The ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to deliver an Incredible performance. Great computer literacy To unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives To resource the sales team appropriately on a day-to-day and longer-term basis. Your working pattern will cover a mixture of weekends and weekdays, mainly long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.
