Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our Kent based client in securing them a Sales Coordinator role.
The ideal Sales Coordinator would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties:
Sales Coordinator duties:
- Liaising with customers/clients via phone, email and website enquiries.
- Creating and issuing quotes, following up as necessary.
- Ordering parts for jobs and office supplies.
- Ensuring invoices are issued and followed up as necessary.
The ideal Sales Coordinator will have experience in the below:
- Working within the trade industry is essential Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Clean full UK driving licence.
- Must have experience in the heating and plumbing field. Ideally commercial heating.
- A good work ethic and positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficient IT skills including a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages and XERO.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the plumbing and gas industries. Monday – Friday 7:30/8 to 5:30.
