The company specializes in crafting children’s jerseys, t-shirts, and various other clothing items for renowned brands in the sports industry.
Typical tasks and activities:
- Support all administrative needs across the key accounts process.
- Liaise with and assist customers and factories from the first point of order enquiry through to production and shipping.
- Create sales and purchase orders.
- Manage and maintain internal critical paths.
- Ensure accuracy of costings across sales and purchase orders.
- Manage customer invoices and liaise with finance to ensure payments are sent to factories and received by customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth communication and timely product delivery.
Commitment:
- 5 days a week - normal working hours (08:30 – 17:30)
- Central London – Hybrid Options.
- For certain periods, flexible working may be required due to seasonal peaks.
