Sales And Customer Service Executive

Hours: Either 8am – 4:30pm, 9am – 5.30pm or 10.30am – 7pm. Saturdays are additional 8-12pm paid as overtime on a rota basis

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Sales And Customer Service Exec to join our business in Chesterfield on a permanent basis.

The starting salary is competitive DOE and the working hours are either 8am – 4:30pm, 9am – 5.30pm or 10.30am – 7pm. Saturdays are additional 8-12pm paid as overtime on a rota basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls, emails, web chats
• Process sales orders, adding value where possible
• Generating sales profiles, leads, quotes and orders
• Work with the marketing team to help drive successful campaigns, effectively follow up with customers and prospects, provide market feedback, insights and ideas
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open, regular and interactive communication
• Keep records of customer’s interactions
• Meet customers in our trade counter and demonstrate products
• Work closely with the technical team assisting with product and customer queries with the view to handling first line technical enquiries
• Work with the stores team to arrange collections and ensure the smooth and efficient dispatch of goods
