Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 plus Uncapped Commission (OTE of £55,000 - £60,000)
Our client, who are a HR Consultancy in Manchester City Centre are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. They are looking to grow the front-end sales department and build on the existing success that they have had so far.

Main responsibilities of the Business Development Executive include:
- Approaching and engaging with prospective clients, through telephone calls, emails, and networking platforms.
- Explaining to clients the advantages, potential outcomes and the process associated with using the client's services.
- Demonstrate organisational skills by independently managing and coordinating a personal calendar, including scheduling calls with potential clients based on their availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
