Sales Development Executive
£33,000 - £35,000 Base + OTE £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance

As Sales Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base within the SME and enterprise sectors, ensuring that businesses across the UK benefit from our top-tier training programs.
Working closely with teh Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals with SMEs and enterprise businesses throughout the UK.
Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their unique training requirements, and presenting them with our diverse range of training solutions.
This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual with the abilty to sell training courses within the B2B space by drawing upon their previous Sales Development experience within an relevant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective SMEs and enterprise clients across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand potential clients' training needs and pain points, tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Engage in consultative selling, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to promote our training courses effectively.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of our training offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Collaborate with the training delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of courses for clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Skills & Experience
- A proven track record of consistently achieving B2B sales targets.
- Able to demonstrate transferrable sales techniques gained from within the corporate training, education or similar industry.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert prospects into clients.
- Knowledge of the SME and enterprise business landscape in the UK.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and learning.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
