Apprentice Business Development Manager Opportunity! (Level 4 – Higher National Certificate)
Working for Field Sales Solutions representing our global client Ferrero, in the Foodservice Sector. A new, exciting opportunity that will allow you to gain a valuable qualification and on-the-job sales experience! You will be working for Field Sales Solutions representing our global client Ferrero. This is a field-based role, and a driving licence is required for this position.
In return for joining us as an Apprentice Business Development Manager we can offer you an initial OTE of £24,840 (£21,600 basic + Bonus 15%) as well as Company Car & Fuel card.
What you will do in your working day:
- You will be working in the field; a driving licence is required for this role.
- You will be covering the following territory postcodes: BH / BN / BR / CR / CT / DA / KT / ME / PO / RG / RH / SE / SO / SW / TN / TW
- Working 5 days per week, 4 in the field and 1 day studying with our apprenticeship partner provider
- You will be working with iconic brands, such as Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Eat Natural, Fulfil, Tic Tac & Thorntons
- Your core work will involve growing your account base and growing the availability of Ferrero brands by engaging new clients in the Foodservice sector, visiting them and taking them through the sales process.
The training you will be getting:
- Sales Executive Level 4 (Higher national certificate)
- Training will be a mixture of online and face to face studying.
- Training will be 1 day per week.
- Functional skills - maths and English (if required)
- Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP)
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship:
To recognise your development, target achievement & studying, your salary will develop on completion of apprenticeship qualification to an OTE of £31,050, as we would like you to continue working for Field Sales Solutions on the Foodservice account.
