As a Sales Development Executive you will be generating new opportunities for the business through outbound methods including, but not limited to, phone, email, social media, project platforms, tender websites, industry events etc.

Job Title: Sales Development Executive
Location: Smeeth, near Ashford, Kent. Your own transport is required due to the location of the company.
Hybrid: Yes, 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home, once you are confident in your role/have passed your probationary period.
Salary: £25k - £30k DOE + Performance bonus £5k a year, £1.250 paid quarterly
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
This company have grown by 12 employees over the past year, they have 45 employees across the UK and due to internal promotion, they're keen to recruit an additional 2 Sales Development Executives to join their team.

As the Sales Development Executive your duties and responsibilities would be to:
- Actively deal with inbound leads & enquiries within your sector / sectors and efficiently close these out through the normal sales process.
- High level of outbound business generation focussing on new projects & customers within Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health, Pharmaceutical & Retail sectors.
- Qualify potential outbound sourced opportunities / contacts thoroughly.
- Qualify inbound leads.
- Working collaboratively with the Estimating team to ensure accurate specification for pricing / quoting.
- Ensure all activity and data are entered correctly on to the CRM system and that all reports are accurate and up to date.
- Win orders within the above-mentioned sectors.
- Ensure all relevant information is accurately 'handed over' to the project delivery team.
- Develop relationships with clients / end users ensuring repeat custom.
- Attend industry specific events, where value can be added or obtained if you wish.
You'll need the following skills and experience to be ideal for this position:
- A background within Sales and Customer Service
- Experience/understanding of the Engineering/Manufacturing/Service contracts industries would be an advantage but not essential
- A desire to learn, develop and attend meetings if you'd like to
