As the Sales Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a truly dedicated and collaborative sales team, leading by example and inspiring excellence every step of the way. From mentoring and coaching to strategic planning and relationship-building, you'll do it all. Your role will be to drive performance and provide leadership to deliver on the sales budget, with full P&L responsibility. Alongside this, you will 'lead by example' having ownership of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Development Manager:
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of passionate sales professionals with clear direction, effective communication, and ongoing training.
- Drive account expansion and portfolio growth through innovative strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent development, spotting gaps and identifying talent in the team with a focus on succession planning.
- Manage 2 to 3 key accounts and nurture relationships with stakeholders, leading by example.
- Travel nationally and internationally to seize new opportunities and support your team in key client meetings.
Requirements - Your Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years proven leadership experience in managing sales teams of 5+ professionals, with a focus on coaching and driving results.
- A background in Product or Brand within Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
- Passion for customer excellence, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to drive sales progress, negotiate effectively, and align with business goals.
- Experience managing sales budget, monitoring KPIs, and driving results.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
