To develop, implement and oversee a Sales Development strategy that prioritises growth across the Owner Occupied and Private Rented domestic sectors by identifying and influencing targeted micro markets to drive new lead generation. Minimum of 5 years experience working in a field sales environment.Minimum of 2 years experience leading a sales team.Full valid driving licenceFlexibility with working hours as the successful candidate will be required to carry out activities most suitable to the business and customers e.g. evenings.Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasive skills.Proficient IT skills to include the use of Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excl and Outlook.Strong administration skills. , Experience of working within the natural gas industry or an alternative energy sectorPositive, enthusiastic and industrious approach to the role.Self-motivated.
