Our client are now searching for ambitious and driven German speaking graduates to join their growing Sales team!

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
- Research and generate your own pipeline of leads for your own account base
- Perform prospecting activities, developing and executing a strong plan, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach
- Make outbound calls to prospects to identify high-quality opportunities, and qualify these in order to arrange introductory conversations for the Sales team
- Collaborate successfully with the Sales Executives to optimise team selling productivity
- Utilise the company CRM system to track and log all relevant activities
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Fluent in English AND German (essential)
- IT literate
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
