Competitive Base Salary with realistic OTE £45K+

Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, showcasing the value of the clients IT solutions and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth. You'll play a crucial role in expanding the client base and driving revenue through effective communication and solution-oriented sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise various databases and lead generation tools to identify high-value decision-makers in target accounts.
- Articulate sometimes complex IT solutions in a clear and persuasive manner to non-technical audiences.
- Actively listen to customer pain points, translate them into potential solutions, and demonstrate ROI.
- Expertly manage prospects and leads using CRM systems, tracking key metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your sales skills and technical knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone, email, and online platforms.
- Tech-savvy with experience leveraging lead generation tools and understanding of industry trends.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to craft compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data privacy regulations.
- Grit and competitive spirit, thriving in a results-oriented environment.
- Preferred: Experience in IT sales or related role, cloud computing and cybersecurity knowledge, technical acumen.

Additional Considerations:
- University degree preferred, but not essential for highly skilled candidates with relevant experience.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous.
