Job description

Pertemps is hiring for our client who is a leading video recruitment platform that is making waves in the UK and US recruitment sector by providing recruitment agencies with a way to distinguish themselves from the crowded pack of agencies competing for the same business.
They have an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment agency and sales experience (FYI: we cannot accept applications from sales people without recruitment experience).
The role is permanent, full-time contract, hybrid working from their SE1 London office 3 days a week as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), focusing on booking 15+ meetings per month for their Account Executives. This role sits within a SDR Team of 6.
Are you a 360 Recruiter who loves sales but does not want to resource, are you looking for a break into software sales? Then this role could be yours, offering a starting basic salary of circa £30K p/a , with KPI incentives to go up to £35K in a soon as 2 or 3 months. OTE Comission is a double OTE, so realistic total earnings before tax will be £60K if you hit the reasonable targets.

For the elite performers progression to Account Executive (a role focused on full cycle solution sales, where you have 2 SDRs booking meetings for you) is available within as little as 18 months. Show and prove and you can have a very bright future in this rapidly growing opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound account-based selling via phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and any other Outreach and other outbound tools to generate new business meetings for the Account Executive you are supporting.
  • Researching prospective client companies to drive business development.
  • Speaking to prospective customers to understand their goals and challenges
  • Selling in the product benefits and potential use cases
  • Interfacing with senior executives and decision-makers
Person specification
  • Must have recruitment agency experience (360 role, including client development/sales)
  • Outbound sales experience
  • Confident communicator across all channels (phone, email, linkedin etc…
