The role is permanent, full-time contract, hybrid working from their SE1 London office 3 days a week as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), focusing on booking 15+ meetings per month for their Account Executives. This role sits within a SDR Team of 6.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound account-based selling via phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and any other Outreach and other outbound tools to generate new business meetings for the Account Executive you are supporting.
- Researching prospective client companies to drive business development.
- Speaking to prospective customers to understand their goals and challenges
- Selling in the product benefits and potential use cases
- Interfacing with senior executives and decision-makers
- Must have recruitment agency experience (360 role, including client development/sales)
- Outbound sales experience
