The Role
The successful candidate will be required to scale a high performing field sales team that are
targeted on increasing our client's partnership network within estate agencies and mortgage
brokers nationwide.
You will be a strategic thinker with demonstrable experience in scaling a successful sales
team. A natural motivator that can increase performance across your team. You will
confidently provide sales leadership, setting strategy, tracking performance and ensuring the
continued success of our client who are one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
? Scale a successful field sales team
? Set the strategic direction of your team
? Ability to monitor and improve performance across the team
? Set and monitor incentives across the team
? Communicate effectively with senior management regarding team performance
? Maintain a high level of CRM management across your team
? Ability to travel to meet in person with team members and clients
? Ability to travel to Richmond head office 2-4 times a month.

? 5 years experience in property industry
? Demonstrable experience scaling a successful field sales team
