Sales Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Director to join a new business division, and part of a wider group of companies that are global manufacturers of industry-leading combustion management systems for industrial boiler and burner applications. This role will give you the opportunity to awaken and shape your career in an appreciative corporate culture with progression available to Managing Director status becoming the figure head for the International operation. 
The business has been successfully trading since 2020 and is now in a period of growth looking to push the product throughout London, the UK and ultimately internationally. 
As a Sales Director you will:

• Be based from the office in Biggin Hill, and would be expected to travel to customer sites predominantly located in the South of England, although as the market grows this will become internationally.
• Carry out operational management of the UK branch in line with the strategy set by the Board of Directors.
• Work closely with all stakeholders, training them on the products and bringing them into their bespoke training facility.
• Continuously strive to build and expand the business through effective account management and client conversion

We are keen to speak to people about this Sales Director opportunity with the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrable experience working within a sales management position with excellent leadership skills.
• Previous experience in a similar industry sector would be advantageous
• Have a university degree, further educational qualification, or equivalent training in a commercial environment.
• Excellent rapport builder, builds lasting relationships with customers
• Strong commercial acumen, good negotiation skills and a confident communicator
• Working knowledge in the implementation of business processes and strategies.
• Tenacious, ambitious, and driven

In return you will receive a salary of up to £100,000 – 120,000 per annum
