I recently found out there is a European IT services company which grew their team to 500 staff, £30m turnover and 3 offices, all based on the quality of their work, recommendations and investing in long-term relationships. They work with clients across Europe (incl. Nike, Allegro and Nordea) and every year is their record year to date.
The company is now entering a new phase of growth and is looking for a Sales Director to cover the UK and European markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with the company board to establish, implement and execute sales strategy in Europe. You'll have a freedom to work remotely and independently, supported by a small team of Sales, Account and Delivery Managers.
It's a 360 sales role focused on long-term relationships as opposed to transactional approach and KPIs. There will also be an opportunity to build local team around you or move into other countries.
