As the successful Sales Director, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales growth ambitions
- Lead and manage a sales team, whilst also being hands on with one sales opportunities
- Engage with key clients to solidify relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
Profile
As the successful Sales Director, you should have:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role where the focus has been new logo business
- A background in the EV and IT software industry, ideally knowledge of the domestic market
- Excellent skills in strategic planning and business development
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Job Offer
- Salary range of £100,000 - £130,000 per year and Bonus
