Job description

Searcys Events are looking for a Sales and Events Executive to join the team, as a Sales & Events Executive you will manage and convert sales enquiries and opportunities for the venues. Working towards the venues monthly and quarterly annual budget, profitability targets and deadlines, our Event Sales Executive will work with the team to maximise all revenue opportunities.

We create fabulous events whatever or wherever the space. We’ve shown time and again that we know our clients inside out, providing outstanding hospitality in complex and historically or culturally sensitive spaces.

  • Annual salary: 32K
  • Available immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • To receive incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
  • To conduct show arounds and client visits to a high standard.
  • To assist overseeing the diary ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • To maintain a great working relationship with the Inner Temple and other Searcys sites.
  • To prepare proposals for new enquiries, adapting to the client, whilst maximising yield and revenue.
  • To support the sales team to identify new leads for future business opportunities.
  • To contribute to the department's social media.
  • 1 year of experience within a similar role
  • Meticulous administration and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (internally and externally)
  • Proactive and excellent time management
  • English Language - fluent or bilingual proficiency
