Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial to our growth, focusing on promoting our products across various marketplaces and securing orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both B2C and B2B sales, driving revenue through individual sales and bulk orders. This position offers a base salary with a competitive commission structure that rewards high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplaces Promotion: Ensure our products are listed and optimally displayed on various online marketplaces to maximize visibility and sales.
- B2B Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with brands and businesses to promote our products for wholesale and bulk purchases.
- Corporate Sales: Target companies for corporate offerings, such as branded polos and ties for employees or customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential customers through various channels to promote products and secure sales.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of online marketplaces, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
