Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small organizations in various industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and pain points to provide customized recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Actively participate in networking events, Industry conferences to promote company services and expand the client base.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce development trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to achieve targets.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast paced sales environment is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Must be based in London or willing to relocate.

Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
