B2B Sales Executive - Start Up - Recrutiment Sector

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small organizations in various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to provide customized recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Actively participate in networking events, Industry conferences to promote company services and expand the client base.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce development trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to achieve targets.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast paced sales environment is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Must be based in London or willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
