I am seeking a Sales professional to join a multi-million pound company in the civil engineering industry. My client is looking for a confident Sales person who can take an already very successful set of accounts and grow their revenue. This is a brilliant role for someone who is great at up-selling, building on already strong relationships and increasing a client's suite of services.
Duties will include but are not limited:
- Proactively contacting existing clients to discuss their needs and requirements
- Understanding the scope of services available to clients and up-selling additional works/contracts
- Consulting clients on services available and up-selling additional works/contracts
- Liaising with operations to follow up on contracts and ensure works are underway
- Send quotations and follow up promptly to secure contracts
- Build on already strong relationships with clients and become the key account contact for new works
- Use a mixture of tools to convert leads into sales including calls, emails and virtual meetings where necessary
- Updating Click system with key contract/job information
The perfect person for this role is a non-salesy salesperson and by that I mean someone who consults, listens and provides a high level of service instead of just pushing a sale. My client wants someone who is confident on the phone and enjoys building relationships this way.
