THE ROLE
This role requires a passionate, proactive person who can support in driving new business and being relentless in chasing down leads!
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, converting opportunities to workspace tours for site teams; and ensuring that all leads generated are qualified before being progressed to the tour stage.
Based within a team of three, you will manage inbound leads, lead on direct outreach and drive an increased sales pipeline through these channels; supporting broker engagement and working to maximise tour numbers across new and existing workspace building locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the pipeline of direct leads you’ll be responsible for maximising tours.
- Managing all broker leads & converting those leads to workspace tours for site teams
- Managing your own sales pipeline, converting leads to workspace tour bookings
- Qualifying leads, and matching them to the company’s workspaces’ availability across various products, including private offices, co-working, and meeting rooms.
- Building and maintaining strong broker relationships to maximise brand awareness & workspace tour numbers
- Delivering consistent feedback to management on lead quality, trends and market intelligence
- Responsibility for driving data accuracy, ensuring accurate data to capture the lead source from all enquiries
- Supporting, where required, with central sales reporting.
MEASURING YOUR SUCCESS
- RESPONSE RATES: the time taken to respond to new leads
- BOOKED TOURS: the number of tours booked vs. tour targets
- FOLLOW-UP: following up on the percentage of f tours booked that actually come in for their tour
- DEAL MATCHES: The percentage of Matched Opportunity deals to book a tour
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have some previous successful sales experience
- Must be confident, persuasive & engaging
- Must be a great communicator as well as a great listener – able to understand new & existing members’ needs
- Must be commercially minded and able to weigh up opportunities to deliver the best deal for the business
- Ideally, have an entrepreneurial spirit and be excited to be part of a team with big plans for the year ahead!
- Must be happy to jump in to tour workspaces if required and build relationships face to face
