We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing architectural and structural design leads, generating new business opportunities, and maximizing sales revenue. As a salesperson in this role, your primary focus will be on converting leads in the architectural and structural design industry into successful sales.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential leads in the architectural and structural design field through various channels, such as networking events, trade shows, online platforms, and referrals.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale. Effectively utilize CRM systems and sales tools to maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and prioritize follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their design needs, and demonstrate how our products or services align with their requirements. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and provide exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our architectural and structural design.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Employ persuasive techniques to overcome objections and successfully close deals while maintaining profitability.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the architectural and structural design sector. Apply this knowledge to enhance our sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Present these reports to management to provide visibility into your sales activities and contribute to strategic decision-making.
