Are you someone who wants to get into sales and start earning commission from month 1? We are looking for ambitious individuals to join a growing sales team in Leeds.
In this role you will be contacting a mixture of warm and self-sourced leads with the aim of booking an appointment for the Business Development Manager. As long as the appointment has been attended, the commission is payable!

- £1000 bonus for passing 3 month probation period

What you’ll be doing -
- Handling calls with both new and existing customers to discuss products and services
- Booking appointments for the field sales team to attend with customers
- Working to achieve or exceed targets set by your manager
- Ensuring a full diary for the field sales team, making sure to consider location and travel times.
What we’re looking for -
- Sales experience is preferable but not essential - training is provided
- Able to work confidently to achieve targets and KPI’s
- Self motivated and hard working
- Confident individual who can build rapport easily
Salary -
- £23,000 per annum
- Realistic OTE in year one is £40,000 per annum
