Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in sales software, and have experience in telemarketing. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize sales software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new selling opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company products/services

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential customers over the phone
- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
