SalaryFarm Tech Supplies are seeking to recruit an Internal Sales Executiveto join our team based in Alton. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis andin return, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus bonus.

Farm Tech Supplies Ltd was founded in 2011 to supply small farm equipment to local smallholders and hobby farmers. Now firmly established as the leading UK supplier of compact tractor attachments, we have an extensive nationwide network of agricultural dealers.
About the role:
An opportunity has arisen to join our sales office in this exciting role as an Internal Sales Executive for both compact tractor attachments and spare parts. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be working closely with the sales team, and will be the first point of contact for customers with sales enquiries or spare parts requirements. Full training will be given, ensuring first-class customer service.
Responsibilities as our Internal Sales Executive will include:
- Dealing with customers by phone, email or face-to-face
- Processing customer orders
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with progress of orders
- Assisting with post-sales enquiries of compact tractor attachments
- Advising customers with technical questions on our range of attachments
- Reporting or replenishing stock of spare parts as necessary
- Assisting with picking and packing spare parts and organising their despatch
- General sales office administration as required
What we’re looking for in our Internal Sales Executive:
- Enthusiastic about excellence in sales and customer service
- An effective communicator and calm under pressure
- Accurate and willing to learn
- Flexible in their approach to their work and helpful in their attitude to their colleagues
- IT literate
- Current driving licence
- With previous experience in a busy sales office (preferable)
- Mechanically minded with technical experience (preferable)
