- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and product recommendations.
- Process sales inquiries, quotations, and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the product range, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products.
- Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Previous experience in sales in a builder’s merchant.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary - £28,000 - £35,000
- Hours: Mon - Fri 07:30 - 17:00 & alternate Saturdays 08:00 - 12:00
