Sales Executive - Coleraine - Permanent Our client is a leading gazebo, furniture & patio heater brand within the UK and Ireland. If you're keen to learn and gain industry knowledge , with a passion for customer service and sales, apply today. About the role:

• 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Weekends off
• You will attend trade shows on some weekends as and when required
• Office based
• 30 days annual leave
• £Negotiable salary (depending on experience)
• Long established trades supplier with customers across UK & Ireland

As a Sales Executive you will be working in a key role liaising with the Company Director and the Warehouse Team. Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders. Duties will include:

• Managing all incoming enquiries via telephone, email & social media
• Explaining features and benefits of products and services based on customer needs
• Showing/Demonstrating products to customers onsite at HQ
• Building orders on system & taking payments
• Processing orders and booking dispatch via designated couriers
• Attending trade shows to display/showcase products
• Identifying new markets & Customers and making contact with them
• Aftersales Care & complaint resolution
• Maintaining stock lists and ordering supplies
• Invoicing customers

Criteria:

• Experience of working in an office based or events based environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to Work in a Team Environment
• Ability to Work Without Supervision
• Confident and outgoing with a determination to succeed
• Excellent Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
