Responsibilities
• Build relationships with trade customers to maximize sales potential• Set up and agree pricing with customers, ensuring profitability targets are met• Conduct market research, speak with customers, and act on their feedback to ensure competitive product range• Develop and distribute marketing material on existing products to inform customer base• Maintain technical knowledge to confidently deliver brand's unique selling proposition• Handle outbound and inbound calls promptly and professionally• Participate in and contribute to sales meetings, prepare and analyze relevant reports• Contribute to other company projects related to sales and growth objectives• Flexibility to travel to UK and Ireland customers as required
Requirements
• Ability to manage high volume of work in fast-paced environment• Minimum 2+ years of sales/customer service experience• Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or equivalent (including Math's and English)• Experience and confidence in building relationships internally and externally• Good organization, planning, and time management skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent working knowledge of CRM Systems and Excel spreadsheets• Full UK driving license• Flexibility to travel for business needs
