Based in Newcastle City Centre, these newly created roles will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales development efforts, generating high-quality leads to drive revenue growth. Role Profile:
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential customers
- Engage with leads who have shown initial interest
- Build relationships with decision makers
- Qualify prospects, schedule product demos, and set appointments for the new business team
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a similar results-driven role ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Previous demonstrable experience in an outbound sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools.
- Results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
Other Information:
This role will be predominantly based out of new offices in Newcastle City Centre. Whilst there may be some flexibility to work from home occasionally, this is a brand new team therefore the expectation is for this to be more office based.
