This is a full time position, we have in office and work from home positions available.

We are looking for people with a minimum of 1+ years experience in telesales.

Responsibilities:

• Telephone based sales adviser within the warranty sector.
• Up selling and cross selling other products and services.
• Selling a variety of warranty-based packages.
• Managing sales inquiries via email and telephone.
• Converting cold/warm leads into sales.

The ideal candidates would need the following experience;

• Previous outbound telephone sales experience is essential.
• Customer service skills.
• Warranty and Insurance background.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Fast learner and developer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £29,800.00-£39,000.00 per year
